You can order for on-demand delivery via the 'Order Now' section of our website, or via Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
You can order for pre-order via the 'Pre-Order' section of the website for next-day delivery, or another date in the future.

What days are you open / do you deliver?
We are open 7 days a week from 12pm until 9pm - filling your tums all week long!
Can I save on delivery and opt to pick up my platter?
Absolutely! If you fall out of the delivery radius, or just want to pick up your platter from our awesome STUFT HQ, just select “pick up”, select a time slot and we will have it waiting for you.
Can I pre-order a platter?
Of course! Pre-order through our website by selecting your chosen platter, then click “pre-order”. Select which day and time you would like it for, and we'll have your order ready to go.
Can I customise a platter?
Customisation is coming soon! If you have any allergies, please let us know via the comment box on the order page.
How far ahead can I pre-order a platter for?
A whole year in advance!
What’s your food hygiene rating?
Due to get STUFT launching during the London lockdown, we are currently awaiting our local council (Lambeth) inspection. You'll find our status as 'Awaiting Inspection' on the FSA website, which means that we are legally allowed to trade until we have our in-person Food Safety Inspection.
You can rest assured that we take our food hygiene VERY seriously, and follow all policies and procedures to the letter. All team members working in the kitchen have their Level 3 Food Safety in Catering Certification.
What is your sustainability policy?
At get STUFT, we are all about conscious consumption. Every element of our business has an eco-conscious element. Our packaging is as minimal as possible, and is all 100% recyclable. Our products are sourced locally from within the UK, and our suppliers are conscious about their processes as well. We source seasonal produce, and work with our suppliers to provide the best that the UK has to offer without having a negative impact on the earth.
However, it's not just about us, it's also about YOU! We want to educate people on how small changes can make a big difference. Make sure to check out our social channels, where we provide lots of info on how we can all be more conscious of our impact on the earth.
Is your packaging recyclable and sustainable?
Yes! We are pretty proud of our packaging. The cardboard used for our boxes is FSC certified, which means the products were made from well-managed forests and/or recycled sources. Our boxes are 100% Biodegradable and 100% Recycled, and Recyclable.
The dyes used to make our boxes look SO awesome are vegetable-based inks. Vegetable-based inks are less impactful on the environment, as the carrier is made from a more sustainable and natural source. The vegetables used to make our inks were sustainably sourced.
We also use extremely minimal packaging. It's made up of just one box, and the glass jars. There are no stickers, tissue paper, thank you cards, or anything else unnecessary.

Do you cater for Vegan and Vegetarians?
Absolutely! We are able to customise platters too, but for pre-order only. Check out our Vegan and Vegetarian options in both our Small Box (1-2 person serves), and Big Boxes (4-6 person serves).
Where do I find the allergens list?
Every get STUFT platter box features a QR code inside the lid, and on the back panel. When scanned, that QR code will bring up a list of all of our ingredients, and the allergens contained within each. Every product page on the website also lists the allergens included within that item.
How long can the platters be left out for?
Your platter box is designed to be consumed within 2 hours of receiving your order.

We're SO proud of our suppliers, who were carefully selected after lots and lots of research. Head over to our Product Info page for a list of each of our suppliers, as well as some info on why we think they're awesome.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Not just yet, there will be in the very near future, though! Watch this space...
Where do you deliver?
Our kitchen is based in Stockwell at SW9 0QU, and we have a delivery radius of up to 4 miles from this postcode for same-day deliveries on week days.
On the weekends, we offer delivery within the 12 inner-London boroughs.
We are working hard on an extended delivery radius for pre-orders - stay tuned!
Do you charge for delivery?
We do charge for delivery. At the checkout when you enter your post code into the website, it will tell you what your delivery fee will be based on your distance from our kitchen.
Our delivery fees are as follows:
0 - 2 miles = £2.50
2 - 2.5 miles = £5.00
2.5 - 3 miles = £7.50
3 - 3.5 miles = £10.00
3.5 - 4 miles - £12.50
If you are further than 4 miles away, we cannot deliver on week days. You will have the option to collect from our kitchen, which we will not charge for.
On weekends, we offer delivery to the 12 inner-London boroughs for a flat fee of £15. Deliveries 0-4 miles from our kitchen will be charged according to the above pricing, even on weekends.
What happens if I'm outside of the 4 mile radius?
We can deliver to the 12 inner-London boroughs throughout the weekend!

What payment methods are available on the website?
We accept payments via Shopify Payments. This enables you to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
What is your refund policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to offer a full refund pending justification.
